Growing up, I knew I would always be in sales - I came from a long line of big personalities and sales professions. My best friend's dad once told her if I ever moved back home (Oelwein, IA in the NE corner of Iowa) that he would want to sell me his insurance agency, my response was "what for? I don't want to go into insurance!". Well, in March of 2016, I just so happened to find myself in insurance and loving every minute of it, I guess he knew something I didn't!

In July of 2018, with the support of my husband, Clint, we decided to open up an independent agency,  which means I can work with many carriers, instead of just one. This definitely brings more work to my plate, but in the end, it's more advantageous for the client to make sure they know they have options and can choose the best one. 

 

I also help out at our kids' school, church and serve as the Vice President of the Bennington Chamber of Commerce. My husband and I support the Bennington Community Foundation, Bennington Public Schools Foundation and I am active in the following community groups: 

• Bennington Chamber of Commerce - President

• 100 Women Who Care Bennington - Member

• St Johns Lutheran Church - Member

• Bennington Elementary PTO - Member

 

I really do enjoy being around people, helping where I can and soaking up family time with my husband and kids.
